Terms and conditions of the spring holiday social media competition
The promoter of this competition is Little Snail.
Information on how to enter and information about prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into the promotion is deemed to be an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Entry is open only to residents of Australia. Directors, management and employees of Little Snail and its related companies are not eligible to enter this promotion. Immediate family of employees (spouse, children, parents) are also not eligible to enter.
The promotion commences at 3 pm AEDST 23/09/16 & closes at 11:59pm AEDST on 04/10/2016 (“Promotion Period”).
To be eligible for entry in the judging, participants must post a photo of their toy on social media with the tag #LittleSnail (“eligible entry”). Multiple entries by each participant are permitted.
The prize winner will be chosen on merit from successful entries, who have posted a photo of their toy. The winner will be drawn at Little Snail Toy Boutique, Shop 14, Merimbula Plaza, 20 – 30 Market St Merimbula , NSW, 2548 at 11.00am on the 05/10/16. The winners will be notified by email on the 05/10/16.
The winner has three months from 5th October 2016 to use the gift voucher. If the winner does not claim the prize by replying to the winning email within seven days, the prize will be redrawn.
Entrants consent to the promoter using their submitted photo, first name and State of residence, in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of publicity and promotion. In the event that they are winner, the entrant also agrees to allow their name and winning photo to be notified on the Little Snail website and to other entrants.
By entering, all entrants agree to be added to Little Snail’s mailing list and sent a monthly newsletter (and may unsubscribe at any time).
