Little Snail loyalty program – Terms and conditions
- To start earning loyalty points you must have a customer account with Little Snail. To sign up for an account with Little Snail go to your account.
- You will earn 1 point for every $1 spent at Little Snail. These points will be added to your account after the sale is completed.
- You will earn 50 points for every product review you write on Little Snail.
- Once you have earned 300 points, you will get a $1 discount for every 10 points that you have accrued in your account.
- You can view how many points you have by visiting your account page on Little Snail.
- To earn loyalty points, you must be logged into your account at the commencement of the sale. If you make a purchase and forget to login to your account, we can still add your points to your account. Simply send an email to sarah@littlesnail.com.au.
- Loyalty points have an expiry date of three years since the date of issue.
- Points have no monetary value, do not constitute your property, are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for
cash. - You can not earn loyalty points from sales where points are redeemed.
- Your points can be redeemed and used to fund a purchase but may not be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or sale item.
- Your points cannot be used to redeem the costs of freight. If the value of your total order after points are redeemed is in excess of $150.00 you will still receive free freight.
- You are responsible for protecting the security of your Little Snail account, including not disclosing password to any other person.
- Little Snail may deduct from the points balance in a members account any points credited in error and any points relating to a purchase which is cancelled or reversed or where a refund is given.
- As a member of the Little Snail loyalty program, you agree to receive occasional promotional material and communications from Little Snail for special offers or other important information.
- These Terms and Conditions are subject to change, without notice.
- 30 days notice will be given to members in the event that the loyalty program is terminated.
